HERE IS NOW
Friday, February 26 @ Chapel Arts : 304 Dunlevy at Cordova
HERE IS NOW is a series of “pop-up” exhibitions that features the work of contemporary Vancouver artists shown within the unconventional space. The intention of Here Is Now is to view the exhibits themselves as an overall installation, through the exploration of time and space, creating an aesthetic that varies in participation, duration and negotiates and reconfigures the use of the unconventional space. Through this approach we wish to create a movement that focuses on what Is Here Now.
Come join us for our final second installment show at The Chapel. This Friday we will complete our month long project, where we introduced new artists into the space each week starting with a group of thirteen. This Friday, February 26th we introduce 5 more artists to make a total of 35 artists. 8pm – 3am.

A skateboarder, photographer, graphic designer, son, brother, fiancee and friend to many, Nathan truly was, and still is, a Giant Human. A celebration of his life and photography will take place at Antisocial (2337 Main St.) Friday February 26th at 8pm. Beverages will be served, and the photographs will be sold by silent auction throughout the evening and the following week with all proceeds going towards Nathan’s family.
